To return an order: You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email us at email@example.com and request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
*Refunds due to order cancellation: Once an order is submitted either online via our website, by phone or email you have 2 hours to cancel your order without any penalty. A cancellation of part or whole order after 2 hours of submitting your order will incur a restocking fee of 20% of the order grand total minus taxes (if applicable). Please Note: By placing your order either online, over the phone or email you are agreeing to allow us to deduct a 20% restocking fee if your order is cancelled in part or whole after 2 hours of submitting your order from your refund.
*What can be returned: Only items that are determined manufacturer defective or if Sensational Tees has made an error (printed wrong art/colors, wrong items or sizes, etc.) on your order can be returned. All returns must be in their original packaging. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned.
*What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 14 days after receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items that have been worn cannot be returned. Items must be in new condition and original packaging to be eligible for return.
*Returns for refund: Sensational Tees Does Not issue refunds once orders go into production which is usually 2-4 hours after orders are placed. In order to be eligible for a full or partial refund the customer must notify us of the order cancellation and request for refund within 4 hours after the order has been submitted.
*Returns for exchange: Sensational Tees will offer exchanges if determined that items you received from us are manufacturer defective or we have made an error on your order. We will offer to reproduce the exact order free of charge and upgrade it to expedited shipping. In order for us to replace your order you must return the items to us either by mail or bring to our headquarters listed below.
*Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not pay or reimburse shipping charges.
